Back for a little post to say Happy New Year to all of you! More on Wednesday, when I resume regular posting, about our trip, but I wanted to participate in Adrienne and Jill’s “How I Wear My: Statement Necklace” challenge that will be up tomorrow so am sharing that with you all now.

I decided my little black dress was the perfect way to show off a statement necklace on New Year’s Eve. I just got this necklace from the holiday catalog from the jewelry line I sell, Premier Designs, and I’m so glad I did! Looking forward to remixing with casual items as well. We had a wonderful time ringing in 2012 with Michael’s parents, his sister and her fiance, and 2 other very fun couples we are good friends with at a restaurant/club in Long Island City (which is right by Manhattan). Lots of champagne (my favorite) and dancing!!

I also want to give a big Happy Birthday to my handsome, intelligent, caring, and very amusing husband who is 30 years old today!! Looking forward to our happiest and healthiest year together yet.
